Finding your way around Attil
You’ve probably had a quick look around our home page. But here are some helpful hints to make navigation easier:
The banners at the bottom of the page have links to enable you to quickly access other areas of the site as well as your shopping cart easily.
Our front page also provides links to other services that Attil provides.

How do I update my personal details?
Updating your personal details is as easy as ABC! Go through the following steps:
1. Once you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click on the ‘view cart’ or ‘checkout’ link.
2. When prompted use your email address and password to login.
3. Once you have logged in the cart will display your current delivery details.
4. To edit your delivery details simply click on the ‘edit’ link provided.
If you wish to change your email address or contact numbers please contact Attil.
Ordering
What is the shopping cart and how does it work?
The shopping cart holds products that you’ve ordered. You can continue adding or deleting products from the shopping cart until you go through the checkout.
Note: All images shown are for illustration purposes only, descriptions may not be accurate due to insufficient information from vendor. Actual products may differ. Please base your judgement on the product title.
Do you take telephone and/or fax orders?
We take orders via Attil online services only.
Can I change my order?
You cannot cancel or modify an order online once the checkout process has been completed. If there is a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately and quote your Order number (for e.g., Order #24812) so that we can rectify any errors prior to processing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
If needed, you can cancel all or part of your order if you contact Attil before your order has been dispatched.
What if the product(s) I want is not there?
Should you not be able to find the product that you are looking for on Attil, drop us an email and our team will see if your requested product/s are available. Once that is done you will be advised of the availability, cost and anticipated delivery time. If you would then like to order the product, just let us know.
Can I track the order status of my order?
Attil generates an email notification to all our customers on any order status updates. You will receive an email notification each time your order status has been updated.
Do you keep stock?
Yes we do keep stock for some of the products and for products that we do not stock, we update the stock quantity with our distributors on a daily basis.
However, please note that some of the stock availability in Attil store is dependent on our distributors' stock availability. Therefore, we cannot guarantee availability on all items and we encourage for customers to enquire with us before placing an order or before making a payment.
If the item(s) ordered is temporarily out of stock (from our distributors), we will contact you via email within 5 working days of receipt of your order to advise you of any revised delivery date, or to allow you to cancel or change your order.
Can I order 'Out of Stock' items?
Yes you can. What you can do is to place an advance order and make your payment for these 'Out of Stock' items. The items will be delivered to you as soon as the stock arrives.
In the event that the manufacturers discontinue the items that you have ordered, we will inform you via email and you will be allowed to cancel or change your order accordingly. If you choose to cancel the order, we will fully-refund you.
Do you accept international orders?
Sorry as we currently only ship to Australian addresses. Please contact Attil team if you have further enquiries.
Return
I bought the wrong product! Can I return it?
Ordered product(s) that has been correctly delivered is not eligible for refund or exchange. As such, customers are advised to choose their product(s) carefully before confirming their purchase with us.
Returns can be accepted directly by Attil within 7 days from the invoice date, at Attil's discretion for credit.
Due to the costs involved with processing returns and cancellations, a minimum of $15 OR 20% restocking/cancellation fee (whichever is greater) will apply for any change of mind returns/cancellations.

The goods delivered are faulty. What should I do?
You should contact Attil to obtain a Return Authorisation number.
All products returned MUST be 100% complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes and packing materials, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

Shipping and Delivery
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the shipment as well as the delivery location. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of Checkout. If you have concerns regarding shipping please contact Attil.
There may be very rare instances where shipping charges may increase slightly due to incorrect data. Before proceeding with any order where the shipping charge has increased, Attil will contact the customer to confirm acceptance.
How long does delivery approximately take?
For delivery to major States, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 1-2 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days.
Some products may have noted an approximate delivery time, in these cases your should add the above delivery times to that noted on the specific item. In the case were you have ordered multiple items and one is noted to have a delivery delay, your entire order will be held until the entire shipment is ready. If there is going to be a delay for any other reason we will contact you by email or telephone.
How do you deliver the goods?
We deliver the goods to our customers via courier delivery.

What is cookies?
To complete an order on Attil we need to send a cookie to your browser. A cookie is a small file containing a piece of text which identifies your browser to our site.
It is quite common place for online shopping sites to send a cookie. The cookie, by itself, only tells us that a previous Attil visitor has returned. It does not tell us who you are, or your email address or anything else personal. At Attil we assure you that we will never use the cookie to obtain any private or personal information.

Shopping cart problems
If you are experiencing problems with our shopping cart (such as adding products but the cart remains empty), this may be due to:
i. Your browser is not configured to accept cookies.
ii. You need to click refresh or reload on your browser to update your screen.
iii. The products you've selected are not available in the state where you want your order delivered.
iv. Javascript is not enabled on your browser.
What are the payment methods available?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, direct deposit and layby payment methods.
Please note that for direct deposit payment, we can only process your order upon clearance of payment into our bank account. For more information about payment, please refer to Orders and Payments.
