- Delivery is via third party courier* or via Australia Post registered mail service.
- It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office box.
- All deliveries, either by Courier or Australia Post require a signature at time of delivery.
- Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
- As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
- If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
- Order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
Like most retailers that provide delivery services, Attil can only guarantee the delivery of items to the shipping address as specified by our customers. It is the responsibility of the customers to evaluate and decide if their shipping address is suitable for purchase via courier delivery. Attil will not be held responsible for any item reported missing once the item(s) has been successfully delivered to the specified shipping address.
To assist us with processing your order, please provide your landline number as well as a mobile number.
For delivery to major States, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 7-10 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days.
If you require more urgent delivery, please contact us and we can arrange express post delivery at an additional cost.
If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone.
We are happy to ship internationally. All international orders are sent via standard Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery times vary, but on average take approximately 4- 10 business days. Any loss/damage will not be covered unless insurance is taken on your parcel. Please note in the additional comments section during checkout if you would like insurance added to your order. Should you require receipted delivery (this includes a tracking number and your parcel being signed for on delivery) please contact us to arrange payment of the additional postage charges required.
